About OH Hay Nets

At OH Hay Nets, each net is carefully made to provide durability and safe feeding for equines. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, repairs and liability. 

Returns for NEW and UNUSED nets-  Returns are accepted for nets that are in new and unused condition on a case by case basis. The customer will receive 75% of the net price, and is responsible for paying return shipping.  Refund will be issued when net is received back. OH Hay Nets reserves the right to deny any returns if they show signs of use, wear, hay residue, stretching or damage. 

Returns for USED Nets-  Used nets are not eligible for refund. However, OH Hay Nets may offer to buy the net back at a used price, and or list & sell as a used net on the website. This will be determined on a case by case basis. 

Defective Nets / Damage Claims- If you believe your net is defective or has been chewed through, please contact OH Hay Nets and provide clear photos of damage so the issue can be evaluated. 

Important notes regarding damage:

- Nets that have been cut by a sharp or hot blade (scissors, box cutter, knife, etc) are NOT eligible for exchange or refund. 

SHARP OBJECT WARNING-

Everything has a kryptonite. The kryptonite for an OH Hay Net is anything that can cut through it or melt through it. Use caution when cutting bales open near the net to prevent accidental damage. 

Customers should inspect nets regularly for wear and damage and discontinue to use if the net becomes unsafe. 

EQUINE & ANIMAL SAFETY DISCLAIMER- 

Equines and other livestock can be unpredictable, and feeding equipment should always be used responsibly. 

By purchasing and using OH Hay Nets products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

- They are responsible for proper installation, use and supervision of the net. 

- They understand that any feeding equipment carries inherit risks. 

- OH Hay Nets is not responsible for injuries, accidents or damages involving equines, livestock, property, or people resulting from the use or misuse of this product. 

Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless Agreement-

By purchasing or using any OH hay Nets product, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of this product. 

The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless OH hay Nets, its owners, and all affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. This includes, but is not limited to, injury or death of equines or livestock, personal injury, veterinary expenses, property damages, or other related losses.
